Hiring Immediately to start on 03/04/19....leaving from Alvin yard to worksite around Cotulla/Columbus area!!! Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm....or until task completed for the day. Company works within 150 mile radius of Carrizo Springs (within Eagle Ford Shale Area).....return home each day. Pusher responsibilities: Supervises lease crew personnel, provides guidance for problems encountered, plans for proper tool applications, provides technical support to field Roustabout personnel, and assures proficiency of field operations. Potential candidate needs to have good communication skills to report field operations with Operations Manager and Customer Representatives on a daily basis. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Safety and Security: Observes all safety and security procedures at all times. Reports any unsafe procedures to supervisors and always uses materials and equipment for its designated purpose Works closely with the Operations Manager to plan, establish and maintain product and service quality objectives for the district, consistent with the customer, corporate goals and objectives Maintains a close working relationship with all levels of the District work force to ensure that a system of open communication exists Demonstrates behavior that is professional, ethical, and responsible serving as a role model for all district personnel Assists the Operations Managers in providing supervision and evaluation of the job performance for all district personnel through job performance reviews Assists the Operations Managers in counseling and discipline of employees when necessary Verifying that all pre-job planning and paper work is complete and that any issues pertaining to such have been addressed Verifying that all inspection and testing procedures are followed prior to job Verifying that all equipment inspection and testing documentation is filled out and current prior to sending the equipment to a Customer location Verifying that all maintenance and general upkeep of the equipment is complete and properly recorded Ensures that communication with the work force is open and two-way through the use of pre-job planning, post-job reviews and monthly safety meetings Maintains a safe work area or job site by following company policies and procedures as well as Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental (QHSE) and Standard Operating (SOP's) procedures manuals Other duties as assigned EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE High School or Equivalent preferred. Needs to have a minimum of five years related experience and/or training, preferably in the oil and gas industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience Prior experience providing direction and coordination of job-site activities, summary reports, working/leading a team Valid Texas Driver's license required in order to operate company truck required but will consider applicant without driver's license if they have the experience........CDL-A license preferred in order to move equipment from one site to the other. Employer will conduct MVR, drug screen and physical...paid by company. BFOQ on age 18 as per OSHA and company regulations. Must be willing to travel within Eagle Ford Shale and Alvin, Texas area.
