Title: Assistant Camp Manager Reports to: South Texas Camp Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 1 to 3 years of property management preferred Company is a fully integrated company specializing in constructing, selling and leasing modular buildings and turnkey solutions. Aries currently has offices throughout the US and Canada. We continue to show year over year growth due to our experienced team and strong financial backing. We are seeking experienced Assistant Camp Manager to help support our growing business. Duties and Responsibilities: Performs daily tasks as assigned by the Camp Manager Accountable for daily office and administrative duties Provide daily room reports, invoices, and receipts to corporate and individual guests Perform daily routine check in and check out procedures Market/Sell beds to potential guests/organizations Maintain and grow existing customer relationships Input daily information into RAMSES in a timely and accurate manner, reservations, guest information, check-ins/outs, etc. Keep in good condition all Aries property Perform duties in compliance with the Aries Employee Handbook and Camp Operations Standard Operating Procedures Answer phones in a professional manner Provide the highest level of customer service to all guests Receive, collect and distribute guest mail Collaborate on a marketing/advertising campaign for heads on beds Professional and Personal Characteristics: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations under multiple circumstances Excellent interpersonal skills, and verbal and written communication Ability to work independently or on a team at multiple locations in Washington, DC metro Ability to exercise sound judgment, find effective solutions and troubleshoot in a fast-paced environment Must have clean driving and criminal records and successfully pass a drug test Experience and Qualifications: 1 to 3 years property management experience preferred Strong computer skills, specifically in Excel, Word, MS Project, and Outlook Strong verbal and written communications. Ability to manage multiple projects if required.
