Targa is currently seeking a Fieldman for their field operations located in Seiling, Oklahoma.

*Job Responsibilities*

Calibrates O2 analyzers and assists in detecting O2 problems

Daily duties pertaining to cryogenic gas plant and compressor station operators

Participates in DOT inspections of gathering and transmission lines

Troubleshoots issues with field glycol units, communication problems, and responds to Producer requests for line pressure problems/leaks

Pig lines

Assists with the operation of field equipment and assists with maintenance of field compression. Gathers measurement information, testing, maintenance and monitoring of various systems

Assists in executing start up, shut down and operating procedures for compressors, electric motors, fans, pumps, instrumentation, valves and alarms

Perform minor maintenance on compressors, engines, pumps, controls, piping and valves.

Pipeline maintenance without interruption to normal gas and liquid flows.

Assists with compiling daily production reports including downtime, abnormal gas volumes, condensation and unaccountable losses.

Perform or assist in performing construction and pipeline repairs and installation.

Perform line locates and be familiar with pipeline system.

Other duties as assigned.

*Minimum Essential Qualifications*

Oil & Gas Industry, Midstream, Gas Plant Operations experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a satisfactory driving record

Interpersonal communication skills are required in order to interface with all affected teams, personnel, and vendors; able to work in a self-directed work team

Demonstrated knowledge of pipeline operations and mechanical aptitude

Must work with a minimum of supervision and be able to manage their time when given multiple tasks

Must be proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office software modules, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and others

Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and be able to respond to call outs as need to fulfill business objective and the ability to work shifts for plant conditions

*Preferred Qualifications*

Minimum of 2-3 year(s) Oil & Gas industry, Midstream, and/or Gas Plant operations experience
