Purpose: Provide general carpentry, plumbing, electrical, roofing, siding, framing, painting, trim work, flooring, and HVAC for the manufacturing of modular housing units and other units used in the gas & oil field industry. Essential Job Duties and Responsivities: Provides general carpentry, plumbing, electrical, roofing, siding, framing, painting, trim work, flooring, and / or HVAC installation and repairs, may include installation of plumbing, siding, roofing systems, electrical wiring, basic welding, etc. Responsible for preventative and general maintenance as well as repairs of company equipment in service shop and on customer location. Recordkeeping while operating under the policies and procedures set forth and maintaining customer satisfaction. Cleans housing and office units on customer locations Work from drawings and verbal instructions, perform layouts and set-ups where dimensions and tolerances are difficult to obtain and control; plan and organize work as appropriate. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma/Equivalent 0-2 years related experience Related Experience Ability to respond to a variety of variables in situations where limited standardization exists.
